Who we are

This site belongs to A.S.H. Tree Service, trading as All Season’s Handyman LLC, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio. If you want to talk to a person about anything on this page, call 614-701-0806 or email ashtree@gottrees.org.

What we collect

What you type into the booking form. Your name, phone number, email address, property address, the day and time window you picked, and anything you write in the notes box. We collect it for one reason: so somebody can show up at your property at the time you asked for, and call you if something changes.

Basic information about your visit. Which pages were opened, how the site was reached, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. This is used in aggregate to work out which pages are useful and which are not. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not sold to anybody.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Not to lead brokers, not to anybody.
• We do not send marketing you did not ask for. Booking a free visit puts you in the diary, not on a mailing list.
• We do not take payment on this website. No card details are entered here or stored here.
• We do not share your details with other contractors. The one exception is below.

Who else sees it

The people who need to in order to do the work: the crew coming to your property, and the software we use to run the diary and send the notification email. Those providers process the information on our instructions and are not free to use it for their own purposes.

A.S.H. Tree Service and True Vision Exteriors are the same owner and share a phone number. If a tree has come through your roof and you ask us to handle both halves of that, the details move across. That only happens if you ask for it.

How long we keep it

Booking and job records are kept while they are useful for running the business and for the period we are required to keep business records. Analytics data is aggregate and is not tied back to you.

Getting a copy, or getting it deleted

Email ashtree@gottrees.org or call 614-701-0806 and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it if you want it gone, except anything we are legally required to keep on a completed job. You do not need to give a reason.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to count visits. Your browser settings can block or clear them at any time. Blocking them will not stop you booking.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the change will be here. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.
